Asia’h Epperson

In the last post here, we looked at Jennifer Lopez Baby Pics for $6m, and all the media hype that surrounded that little nugget of celebrity gossip! Now we're going to turn our attention to American Idol and the popular Asia’h Epperson.

Well, actually not so popular any more, as she was voted off the prestigious talent contest style television show a little while ago. The point of this post is that, especially in the case of Asia’h Epperson, no matter how talented you are, or how well you can sing, or even how presentable you are in front of the television cameras, it never guarantees anything.

You can be the best singer on the show, but if the majority of the audience likes the look of another contestant better, even if that contestant is not as good as, say Asia’h Epperson, they will remain in the show while the greater talent of Asia’h Epperson gets voted off.

This is a great shame, but a fact of life.

To add insult to injury, yet another great talent was just voted off the show in the form of Amanda Overmyer. She was the rock chick singer who breathed some much needed life into the show which is becoming a tad boring with the same style of smoothie singer winning every time. A rockin' singer would have given the show a well needed kick up the ass and shook up the smarmy smooth clones who get to the finals every time.

Good, then if you are an avid fan of the show, you need shaking up too! Songs that have some guts to them don't always appeal to everyone, because most people are sheep who are spoon-fed the same old garbage by radio producers and the music industry who like to tell everyone what they should like - and they get away with it because people in the main are sheep and will follow anyone big enough to lead them along.

Well, this blog gets led along by no one and has a valid opinion that it has the chance to air!

Bring on the real singers and real musicians and let's get some REAL entertainment for a change!
